A: For, Wonderffuls, 3 weeks.  Wonderffuls should be stored in the refrigerator and then brought to room temperature for optimum eating pleasure. “Le Petit Gateau,” our little cakes, should be enjoyed within 5 days of receiving them. They also should be refrigerated.

A: No.  A wonderfful is very different than what is known as a “cake ball.”  We can’t reveal the exact process of how we make them.  As a matter of fact, all recipes are top secret!  Employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon acceptance of any position in our chocolate kitchen.  There are only a few people that know the exact recipes and processes from beginning to end.
 
 
 
A: A traditional truffle has a chocolate ganache center, which is chocolate and cream based and contains no flour.  Wonderffuls, on the other hand, do have flour in their batters, which creates a very dense texture, (similar to cookie dough), and a more rich and filling consuming experience.
