A graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, she is married to Brent "BB" Barcus and mother to Thad & Isabella. Grateful founder of Merveilleux Confections.
Most recently, Savannah largely contributed to a "chocolate art centerpiece," which was a chocolate dogwood tree displayed at a gorgeous Passover celebration.
A part-timer that we regularly call in for labor reinforcement when the large orders are rolling in. This former FBI agent turned self-taught cake baker (no joke) has an exceptional attention to detail that makes him first on our "reinforcement call list." His amazing cakes are becoming the local chatter of certain Nashville circles.
A highly gifted baker, Jill recently joined Merveilleux Confections to assist in the development of new products to be offered in the fall of 2009. Stay tuned for confectionery products like you've never tasted before!
Overseeing the hotels & hospitality division of Merveilleux Confections, Heather is constantly checking in on local chefs and caterers to provide our confections for all kinds of events. Her sense of humor keeps Miley doubled over laughing half the day.
Behind the scenes and working late into the night, Brent keeps us up to date with the latest chocolate equipment available. Since wonderffuls are unique to the gourmet chocolate industry, his job has been challenging to find us the right equipment to get the job done. From Switzerland to Quebec, many emails are regularly exchanged with chocolate hubs around the world.
An aspiring pastry chef, Anna is the main force behind all the batters that go into the making of Wonderffuls. A focused worker and a valuable part of Merveilleux Confections.
Our newest addition to Merveilleux Confections, she is a quick learner in all things chocolate. We are very honored to have her with us. Her husband, Joe, gets the credit for naming our signature product. Upon tasting them a few years ago, he declared "These aren't truffles...these are Wonderffuls!"
She is largely responsible for the successful launch of our chocolate kitchen and boutique in Franklin. Sue joined us at our busiest time of year, Christmas, immediately logging in long hours without complaint!.
